- Total Active Listings: 1,643 (Down -15.0% from last year)
- Median Sales Price: $280,000 (Up +8.4% from last year)
- Total Under Contract: 1,896 (Down -16.3% from last year)
- List To Sold Price Ratio: 99.4% (Down -0.3% from last year)
- Days on the Market: 33 Days (Down -15.4% from last year)
According to the Gazette Telegraph, Colorado Springs is expected to be in the Top 10 Hottest Housing Markets for 2018! More home sales, higher prices and much less time on the market are all hallmarks of a hot housing market – and we’ve got all of them!
